Master installer Khuram Shazad will discuss the history, craftsmanship, and installation of fine wallcoverings, followed by Andrew Gonzales, Showroom Manager at Gracie Dallas, who will share the story and artistry behind Gracie's renowned hand-painted wallpapers.

Khuram Shazad
Khuram Shazad is a Master Installer and founder of Twill Wallcovering Installations in Dallas, with more than 35 years of experience across the UK, Canada, and the United States. He specializes in luxury hand-painted, scenic, and bespoke wallcoverings, and is an endorsed installer for Phillip Jeffries, de Gournay, Gracie, and Fromental. A longtime advocate for craft and training, he is currently developing the first stand-alone Registered Apprenticeship Program dedicated to wallcovering installation.
Andrew Gonzales
Based in Gracie's Dallas showroom, Andrew Gonzales supports designers, architects, and representative showrooms across the Central United States and Mid-Atlantic region. His career has spanned wallcovering installation, interior design, project management, and showroom leadership, giving him firsthand expertise in custom wallcoverings, installation techniques, and fine craftsmanship. Today, he is a trusted resource to the design trade, helping clients create distinctive interiors rooted in Gracie's tradition of artistry.
