Hosted by the ICAA Texas Chapter
The Texas Chapter of the Â鶹AV & Art invites you to a special morning set within the restored gardens of a distinguished 1929 residence designed by Ralph Cameron, whose work helped shape the architectural language of early 20th-century Texas.
Following the 2021 freeze, the landscape has been thoughtfully reimagined by Hoffman & Ospina Landscape Architecture—balancing preservation with resilience while honoring the home’s historic character. The renewed gardens reflect a careful consideration of structure, planting, and long-term stewardship.
The morning will begin with a guided walk through the gardens, offering insight into the transformation, design approach, and planting strategy. Guests will then enjoy light bites, mimosas, and refreshments in the garden.
Those who wish are invited to remain for optional sketching and watercolor, taking in views of the house and surrounding landscape while observing the interplay of light, form, and atmosphere.
This event is hosted by an ICAA Chapter. Please check the Chapter website or contact the Chapter directly for the most up-to-date details including dates, times, and pricing.
